We are looking for the next exceptional employee-owner to join the team as an Engineering Support Specialist.
The Engineering Support Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance of engineering drawings, Solidworks models, electrical schematics, bills of materials, labels, ECOs, and other types of engineering documentation kept under revision control. Updates all related information in IFS. With an overall team objective to supply defective free products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain schematics and mechanical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Create and maintain part, assembly, and drawing files using 3D CAD software
- Create and maintain Bills of Material using IFS.
- Process Engineering Change Orders.
- Represent Documentation as a member on project teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting to internal customers.
The qualified candidate must have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience. The candidate should also have strong computer skills, be detail oriented, thorough, good at managing multiple active projects, and be a technically minded individual. Prior experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical is required. Prior experience with Solidworks, Desktop Publishing and IFS software are a plus!
